Working out is a very important part of staying healthy. Of course, it goes hand in hand with a healthy diet. I work out 3 times a week with a personal trainer. For the first 45 minutes we do a session of boxing and then we do just a killer workout on either upper body or lower body or maybe both for 20-30 minutes. My leg workouts are my favorite. I believe every women wants nice legs, and a nice butt, and some nice calfs to go along with those nice heels they bought for that party. Also good bye to cellulite with these workouts! You can access very easy, yet efficienet, workouts by looking up whatever part of your body you want to workout. Make sure your sources are reliable!! The LiveStrong website has got to be one of my favorite sources for workout routines! Right after you eat all of those Valentine's Day chocolates make sure you hit the gym or at least go for a run!
